The answer to this question is simple. Older Adult Daily Living offers participants a safe, supervised, physically, mentally, socially and recreationally stimulating program of activities that is oftentimes referred to as Adult Daycare, Adult Day Care Center or Senior Activities Center services. Programming is offered daily, during specific times, most typically from 7:30am until 5:30pm, Mondays through Fridays. A morning snack or light Continental Breakfast, a Hot Nutritious Lunch and a healthy late afternoon snack are also usually included in the daily rate. In addition to the previously mentioned activities, Older Adult Daily Living also provides various levels and types of Personal Care services, such as assistance with showering or bathing and Medication Administration to name a few.
